Counseling & Support Groups

Each of the groups listed below is facilitated in partnership with Unbound Grace Ministries and will be led by a UGM Staff member or by an Unbound Grace partner who has been trained by one of our staff members.

Each of the groups listed below is open to new participants.

UGM groups focus on encouraging one another through shared experience and hope in Christ Jesus.

    • Men’s Group at UGM - Weekly on Thursdays, 5:00 p.m.

    • NEW! Women’s Group at Unbound Grace

      Every Wednesday at 5:00 PM | Unbound Grace, 1841 Montclaire Ln, Vestavia

      This group is for women who are in recovery, considering sobriety, or simply looking for a safe and supportive space to connect with others. Wherever you are in the process, you are welcome. Come just as you are. There is no pressure, no need to have it all together—just a safe place to be honest, supported, and encouraged.
