Privacy + safety

Your story is treated with care.

The group is designed as a respectful place for honesty. Ask Rob any questions about privacy or safety expectations before sharing.

If more support would be helpful, the leader can help connect you with counseling, medical care, treatment, or another appropriate resource.

Grace Groups are support groups, not therapy, medical detox, or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or call or text 988.

Questions are welcome

A few things people ask.

Do I need to call myself an addict?

No. Grace Groups do not require a label. If you are concerned about a pattern and want support, you are welcome.

Do I have to be a Christian?

No. All are welcome. The group is explicitly Christian and centered on the hope and grace found in Jesus.

Is this counseling?

No. It is a leader-facilitated support group offering connection, practical guidance, accountability, and spiritual care.

Can I come if I am already in treatment or AA?

Yes. A Grace Group can be one part of a broader recovery plan.

Do I need to register or pay?

No. The group is free and open to adults 18+ who are ready to honestly address a significant struggle. No registration is required—come as you are.

Does the group have an end date?

No. This is an ongoing, open-ended weekly group. When a Wednesday overlaps with a holiday, check with Rob before coming.

Grace Groups support the care already happening through local churches, counselors, physicians, treatment providers, and recovery communities.

You do not have to wait for things to get worse.

Come find a safe place to breathe, tell the truth, and take the next step toward freedom and hope.
