Why 2025 Is the Best Year to Give
A new law—the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA)—will change tax rules starting in 2026. While we know generosity isn’t about tax breaks, it’s wise to understand how these changes may affect your giving.
Charitable deduction floors: Starting in 2026, individuals can only deduct gifts above 0.5% of their income (1% for corporations).
Itemized deduction limits: The highest earners will see a small reduction in how much of their deductions count.
What this means for you: If you’re considering a larger gift, giving in 2025 allows you to maximize both your tax benefits and your impact.
At Unbound Grace, every dollar you give provides free counseling, recovery support, and discipleship for individuals and families walking through addiction and mental health challenges.

College Campus Support Groups – $35,000
High School Support Groups – $25,000
Double our Counseling Capacity – $95,000
We have received opportunities to partner with campus ministries and school administrations to introduce Unbound Grace support groups. However, these needed initiatives await financial support to become a reality. Will you invest in hope and healing for our next generation?
